The Ranch House is less than a mile from the main studios. The original section of the house goes back to the 1920’s when outlaw Pancho Villa frequented the area. The entry way to this property was an original “Custom House” were people enter in to the US from Mexico in the 1800’s.
 
The expansive living room with beautiful original wood floors provides a great area to relax or work out arrangements acoustically. There is also a 50” LG flat screen TV with 5.1 suround sound to enjoy DVD movies, Direct TV or to check and edit video footage. DSL Internet service is available throughout the house.
  
 
The dinning room provides another multi use space including another bedroom when more than five are needed.
 
The old style kitchen has its own vibe and has all the modern appliances. It also has a dining room table and Marc Chagall lithograph.
